My first act is to identify challenges that stand in the way of your customers achieving their goals. I identify how each affects business growth and development after conducting an in-depth analysis of your product and its place the market.

Set goals, create a project roadmap and uncover new insights using UX research.
I work collaboratively with your team to align on current challenges and desired business outcomes. To achieve project goals, together, we perform exploratory design methods to generate innovative design concepts that form unique design solutions.

Develop wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to explore design theories and new design layouts with minimal risk.
